Mission Statement
The superintendent's office oversees the largest view of operations in the district. Responsibilities include leadership for planning, operations, supervision and evaluation of educational programs, services, and facilities of Rockwall schools. Mr. Bailey oversees the day-to-day operations of the district. In any given day, the superintendent's office sees a wide range of issues involving students and parents, district employees, community members, and state officials.
