Rockwall ISD and Region 10 Educational Service Center are responsible for identification and recruit of every eligible migrant student.  Title I, Part C, provides students supplemental funding to support migrant children while their families migrate for work opportunities in the area of agriculture or fishing. During the enrollment process student are screened for migrant qualifications.
