A chance to share books with our Reinhardt family on the morning announcements

Little Free Library

Our Little Free Library is located by the park on the cafeteria side of the building.  It is meant to be a  book share for elementary aged children, so feel free to take a book and leave a book for someone else to read.

Bluebonnet Reading Challenge

Our 3rd-6th Graders are challenged to read 5 of the 20 Texas Bluebonnet Books
and vote for their favorite in January.

Monarch Reading Challenge

A reading challenge for our Pre-k-2nd graders in the Spring!  

We will read 10 books from the District Monarch list and vote for our favorite along with all the other Rockwall elementary schools..  

Braum's Book Buddies

1st-5th graders can earn free ice cream for each 6 books they read (this program is held at the discretion of the homeroom teacher)




School Library Month Bookmark Contest

Students have the opportunity to design bookmarks that will be used in the library 
the following year


6th Grade Lunch Bunch

An opportunity for 6th graders to come talk books in the library.

Summer Book Swap

Donate a book and take a new book home for the summer--
spread the love of reading to our Reinhardt family

Keep your children reading over the summer.  Challenge varies from year to year.
