Rockwall ISD annually publishes a Student Code of Conduct Handbook, which highlights the rules and policies for all campuses and school activities. Each student is required to comply with school policies or face disciplinary action. Please take time to read and understand the district handbooks so all students can achieve success.

The Rockwall Independent School District Board of Trustees Policy Manual may be accessed via the internet as Policy On Line. The Board of Trustees Policy Manual contains legal policies, local policies, administrative regulations, and exhibits. Policy On Line offers four different navigation methods which include search, browse table of contents, browse topical index, and go directly to code.  Use of these methods allow instant accessiblility within the policy manual.
