Our Mission The mission of Rockwall ISD Library Program is to work collaboratively with staff and students to create discriminating life long learners who use ideas and information to meet intellectual, curricular, and recreational needs. Rockwall ISD Librarians provide a climate that fuels the spirit of inquiry, fosters problem solving and creativity, and increases student academic success.
