Alyssa Lang, recent graduate of Rockwall High School, was named the class 4A State Player of the Year by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches. Alyssa was recognized at the association’s yearly banquet in San Antonio earlier this Summer. Additionally, Alyssa was selected to compete in the All Star game with other leading players from the state. The game is set to tip-off on July 12 at 7:30 p.m. at Arlington’s Lamar High School.

Alyssa will continue her basketball career this Fall at the Rice University in Houston, Texas.
