- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Residence (*See approved documents list)
- Driver’s License of parent or legal guardian enrolling student
- Additional documents may be required for early childhood registration
- Grade 9 – copy of 8th grade report card
- Grade 10-12 – transcript from former school

Current Utility Bill “water, gas or electric only” or Lease Agreement with date of occupancy in semester registering student and current utility bill or Builder’s Contract with date of occupancy in semester registering student and current utility bill.
