All of these Title I, Part A schools achieved the Academically Exemplary rating for the present school year and have a residing population of 40% or more low income students – as reported on NCLB Consolidated Application for Federal Funding.

Friday, August 24th, from 4:00-6:00p.m. students and parents will have the opportunity to meet their teacher for the upcoming school year. The Rochell families will also be able to enjoy the various games and activities that will be taking place! Some of the activities include a bounce house, Rockwall fire truck demo, snow cones, popcorn and more!
An opportunity for extended Science learning was enjoyed by Springer families on two evenings over the summer. Numerous students and parents turned out to experience “cool activities” for “cool kids” involving a variety of science concepts on June 26th and July 31st. Families investigated properties of rocks and soil and had fun discovering how to make golf balls float in liquids just by adding sugar! Summer days were hotter than blaze, but…oh, those Summer Nights!
