Amy Parks Elementary and Hartman Elementary have been named to the 2012 Texas Honor Circle by the Texas Comptroller. These schools are honored for achieving significant academic growth while keeping spending low.

This year 329 other campuses across the state were recognized based on data from the 2012 Financial Allocation Study for Texas.

Both Rockwall ISD schools ranked in the top 20 percent of campuses in the state for academic growth. When combined with their “Very Low” spending index, the schools earned five out of five stars on their FAST rating.
