The Rockwall ISD Education Foundation was presented with a check in the amount of $5,000 for the proceeds from the Randall Noe I-30 Classic Tailgate Party at the Rockall ISD Board of Trustees meeting on October 15.

As the pre-game party for the Ralph Hall I-30 Classic Football game on September 28 between Rockwall High and Heath High, the tailgate party offered an opportunity for the community to come together to support students. More than 25 local business and organizations participated in the event providing food and activities for our community. In addition the stage performances featured Rockwall ISD performance groups.

The Rockwall ISD Education Foundation supports teachers and students in Rockwall ISD through their innovative teaching grants. The grants provide teachers with funding for class projects or experiences that wouldn’t be available otherwise.
