About Facility Services

  • The primary mission of the Facility Services Maintenance Department is to serve the needs of faculty, students, and staff by maintaining and improving the physical environment and facilities of Rockwall ISD.

    FACILITIES PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION -The Facilities Planning and Construction Department supports the district by providing an engaging environment for both internal and external stakeholders to actively participate in facility planning and design.  The Department's responsibilities include but are not limited to analyzing current and future facility needs, managing activities through the various project milestones, and ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal codes and regulations.

    FACILITY RESERVATIONS
     
    - The Facility Reservations Department supports the district by coordinating a variety of events for students and staff as well as community members.  These events serve to enhance the educational experience for our students and community.

    ENERGY MANAGEMENT - 
    The Energy Management Department supports student learning by helping to reduce energy consumption, thus costs, for the district.  The program's success is directly attributable to the efforts of all Rockwall ISD students and staff as they become more energy aware and conservation-minded.

    ALARM SYSTEMS - All campuses have monitored Fire and Burglar systems.
