Complaints and grievances must be made by parents on the district form within 15 days of the decision to the principal. After receipt of the principal’s decision, the parents have 10 days to grieve to the Director of Student & Family Services, using the district form. The process for Complaints & Grievances follows Board policy FNG(LOCAL).
