Mr. Bell is the Director of Orchestras at Rockwall-Heath High School which has 5 Orchestra classes at RHHS. After completing his Bachelor's Degree at Howard Payne University in Music Education (and fulfilling the requirements for a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Pedagogy & Accompanying), he began his teaching career in Rockwall ISD and has been in Rockwall ISD since the Fall of 2011 serving and teaching the Orchestra Program for multiple campuses. Mr. Bell has worked with the Rockwall-Heath Orchestras for the duration of his time in Rockwall ISD and continues to challenge and develop students' musicianship with groups and students earning high achievements at UIL Contests and competitions.  In addition to teaching at Rockwall-Heath, Mr. Bell teaches the AP Music Theory course offered at Heath. 

His primary musical background includes piano, violin, and voice.  He enjoys performing whenever possible and is passionate about music education for strings. Mr. Bell is an active member of TMEA, TODA, ASTA, and TCTA. Mr. Bell has been thrilled to be a teacher in Rockwall ISD with the Orchestra program, and is so excited and privileged to have the opportunity to continue working with the amazing fine arts students in Rockwall ISD.

Conference: A days - 9:30 to 11:05 am

Sectionals: Mondays through Thursdays, 7:45 to 8:30 am and 4:00 to 4:45 pm

Tutorials: Fridays - 7:45 to 8:30 am and 4:00 to 4:45 pm
