Rockwall ISD Sixth Grade SAGE students recently attended TEDxKids@SMU. The theme for 2017 TEDTALKS at SMU was "Who Knew?'
To attend the event, the 6th-grade SAGE students had to respond to a prompt and complete a project. The question they had to address was, "What are you passionately curious about?"
TEDxKids@SMU talks consisted of different community members from the North Central Texas area. The speakers had less than 10 minutes to share their passions or curiosities. The speeches caused much reflection within our students and created renewed motivation to pursue interests.
