Welcome to Mr. Kelley's BASE(Behavior and Social-Emotional) Classroom page. This is my 4th year teaching the BASE class at Williams MS and I am super excited to get the opportunity to work with your child. My philosophy is simple, "keep your eyes on what is in front of you and keep moving forward. If you are looking back over your shoulder, you're gonna keep running into stuff you don't want to."

My wife Kelly (yes it's Kelly Kelley) and I have been married for 23 years and we have two beautiful girls, Bre 16 a Junior and Becca 14 a Freshman at Rockwall-Heath HS. We have lived in Rockwall since 2003 and love this town and raising our family here. I have a big loud voice and love to encourage youth and see them succeed in and out of school. I love all sports and once upon a time excelled at Football, Wrestling, Soccer and Ping Pong. I am an avid creek and small pond fisherman, disc golfer (aka "Frolfer"), Angry Birds expert, Professional Volleyball "DAD" and love to create useful things.
