I am a teacher, through and through.  I guess you could say it is in my blood.  I am a granddaughter, daughter, niece, and sister of a teacher. I love what I do and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.   

I grew up in Killeen, Texas. I went off to Abilene Christian University where I graduated with a degree in Biology & History. I moved to the DFW area and did not know a soul! I have a Master's Degree in Education Administration.  I have a wonderful and supportive husband, James. We have a HP-obsessed Hufflepuff daughter, Avery, and a dinosaur/Pokemon obsessed son, Owen.  My life is filled with many great things.  Doing what I love makes it even better.  In my personal time, I love to run, watch way too much tv, camp, enjoy social time with my friends, and read many, many books.
