Mrs. Priscilla Swanson

Welcome Hamm Heroes!  My name is Priscilla Swanson and I am the Dyslexia Therapist.  I am in my 21st year of teaching and my 10th year here in Rockwall.  Prior to becoming a Dyslexia Therapist I taught Pre-K, 2nd, 5th, and 6th grade.   I received my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M, Commerce and I am a Certified Academic Language Therapist.  

I spend my spare time with my family and friends.  My husband, Aaron and I have been married for 20 years and have 2 children in Rockwall schools. My son Ethan is a senior at Rockwall High School and my daughter Kate is an 8th grader at Williams Middle School.

I love teaching and feel it a true privilege to spend my days with your precious children! If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.  I am happy to meet with you by phone or zoom.  My conference time is 11:05-11:45.
