Hello! I am looking forward to an amazing year in 3rd grade! Teaching reading is my passion!  This year begins my 18th year teaching.   I began my teaching career in Community ISD teaching kindergarten, before moving to Rockwall ISD to teach 1st grade at Nebbie Williams Elementary for 11 years.  Four years ago I moved to Celeste ISD where I taught 1st grade, so that I could help with family.   I am very excited to be back in this amazing district!  

My husband, Russell and I have three grown children (Chris, Cody, and Emily) and two amazing grandchildren (Mason-4 and Maddox-10 months).   Being a Nonnie is the best title ever!    I love the beach, reading and spending time with family and friends.  I am excited to begin this  journey as a member of the amazing third grade team at CLP!
