This is my tenth year in education and my first year as an elementary classroom teacher. I received my education at Texas A&M University-Commerce, and I have spent 8 years teaching middle school math (6,7,8) and one year serving at-risk students at the elementary level. I am so excited to be part of the Hays family as a 4th grade math teacher, and to build relationships with our students!

My husband Michael and I live in Rockwall and have been married for 7 years. I have a daughter, Libbie, who is attending the University of Texas @ Austin and majoring in Biology. In my spare time I like reading a good book, spending time with my family, traveling, and eating Mexican food.
