Welcome to Ouida Springer Elementary~Rockwall Independent School District’s 10th elementary school! The school opened its doors in August 2004 with an enrollment of approximately 441 students and honors a highly respected former Rockwall educator, Ouida Ruth Campbell Springer. “A dedicated professional, a person who truly cared for her students and friends, a hard worker who sacrificed for others, and a woman of great pride,” are a few of the comments made by former students and friends as they reflected on Mrs. Springer. We are very proud to carry her namesake!
