Hi, my name is Ryan Yager.  For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a teacher.  Unlike many of my colleagues, I do not come from a family line of teachers.  The first teacher in my family was my mother-in-law who I respect very much.  She knew I had a passion to teach and encouraged me to pursue a career in teaching.  This is my fourth year at Cain Middle School.  I am a resident of this community and I look forward to teaching students of Rockwall/Heath.

To help keep parents informed of what students are working on in my class, I will send e-mails about major grades throughout the year.  These emails will be sent early enough so parents can help and ensure their children are completing the assignments and studying for tests.

Tutorial Time:

Tutorial most students will attend will be study sessions prior to unit tests.  Pre-AP students might attend tutorial sessions before a major grade is due or to retake a major grade.  The dates for these tutorial sessions will be set by the teacher and will change throughout the year depending on when the test is given.
