Below are helpful resources that are most commonly used for dual credit students.
Accommodations:
Disability Services for Collin College are operated through their ACCESS Office. Please contact them for 504 & IEP needs in your dual credit course. Please contact the Dual Credit Advisor, Tara Franklin: tfranklin@collin.edu, 972.553.1161. Information about the ACCESS program and the ACCESS application are on the Collin College ACCESS website.
Tutoring Services:
Collin College offers free in-person and online tutoring assistance for Collin College students. For information and to schedule an appointment: Anthony Peterson Center for Academic Assistance.
OneLogin Resources:

Please check for Holds in your Collin College CougarWeb portal as these can prevent registration, payment, and transcript requests. Students can visit the HOLD Resolution Guide
FERPA :
Family Eduactional Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) protects students' privacy of educational records. Students can sign a FERPA waiver in their CougarWeb home tab to allow parents certain privileges for their dual credit courses. The FERPA waiver (found in CougarWeb portal) would allow a parent to communicate with Collin College staff, for example, concerning transcripts, billing, and other course issues.
