Mrs. Amanda Appleton

Hi! I have been teaching at the Heath High School campus since the 2022-2023 school year. I have taught in all areas of science. The majority of my years being in Biology and contributing to the Health Science pathway by teaching Anatomy & Physiology and Medical Terminology. I fell in love with science, mostly focusing on the human side of the tracks in high school during dissection class time and continued advancing my education throughout undergrad as a Biology major. I followed that passion back into the classroom, hoping to inspire this passion in others. 

Conference periods: A days: 1:15-2:45 p.m.  B days: 9:30-11:00 a.m.

Tutoring time: Thursday mornings 8:00 - 8:40 a.m. I am happy and open to scheduling other times by request.
