Mrs. Leahy's 6th Grade Class

This is my 9th year of teaching. I have been a 1st grade teacher, 4th/5th grade combo teacher, and most of my years as a 7th grade math teacher and 6th grade at risk math teacher. I graduated from California State University-Fresno in Education. I am excited to teach new subjects and ignite a passion in my students for science and social studies just like I did for math.

I have been married for just about 10 years to my husband Steven and together we have 3 boys; Nolan-7, Carson-6 and Brody-2. We recently moved to Texas in December so together, we love to travel around Texas looking for all the fun places to visit and eat. If I am not busy keeping up with my family, I enjoy working out, reading a good book or binge watching my favorite show.
