AG Ford Visits Cullins Elementary

New York Times Bestselling Illustrator, AG Ford,  visited with 4^th and 6^th graders at Cullins Elementary.  Some of the books he has illustrated are “Michelle”, “Barack”, “My Daddy Martin Luther King, Jr.” and “Under the Same Sun.”  He shared with the students about his journey in becoming a children’s book illustrator and how he has to draw something thousands of times before it is published.  He also taught them some of the basics of drawings.  If you can draw basic shapes, you can draw anything!
