State law requires students in Texas schools to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. Below is information on the required immunizations. Students without the proper documentation of the required immunizations or a valid exemption will not be allowed to attend school.

Immunization Resources, Same Day, Walk-in, or Low Cost English and Spanish

The immunization request below authorizes Rockwall ISD Health Services to provide a copy of immunization records. Any immunization records on file will be sent in the manner selected (email or fax). Former students who are 18 years or older must request their own immunization records. If you are requesting records during the school year for a current student, please contact their home campus. Current students can view their school immunization record on Skyward Family Access.

                                                       

Immunization Exemptions

The State of Texas does allow for exemptions to the immunization requirements based on medical need or reasons of conscience; however both types of exemptions require proper documentation.
