Grading Percentages
Grades will be computed in the following manner:
40% Daily work – homework, worksheets, and labs
60% Tests and Projects
Grading Policy Short Form
Students are responsible for collecting any missing work, for the days they missed. They will be given the number of days they missed to turn in the assignments. Late work will only be accepted for homework assignments. Classwork is NOT considered homework therefore CANNOT be turned in late . Per the district, students have up to three school days to turn in homework assignments late with a grade deduction for each day of 15 points after three days the grade is a zero. REDOS will only be allowed for summative assessments NOT formative assessments. Students have 5 days to redo any summative grades in class.

Tardy Policy
If a student is a minute or more late they are considered tardy.
1st – warning
2nd – teacher detention
3rd – Office referral
Tutoring
My tutoring time will be every morning. I also do afternoons as needed.
Behavioral Expectations for Students
Be seated You are to be in your seat when the tardy bell rings.
Be prepared Bring all materials listed above daily.
Be respectful You should show respect through your words and actions to the teacher and other students.
Be attentive You are expected to pay attention and participate in all class activities
No Cell Phones should be out in class unless specifically directed to have it by the teacher.
No Food or Drink in the lab classroom. It is a safety hazard.
Google Classroom
Each student will be required to join their class in Google Classroom, each class will have their own code. All notes, assignments, and testing will be completed using Google Classroom. If you have problems logging into Google Classroom after you've been given the code PLEASE COME SEE ME!!!
