 Here's a little info about me. I am a graduate from Texas A & M University with a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have worked previously in Richardson ISD teaching Junior High Social Studies, coaching volleyball and cross country, serving as the social studies department chair, leading the UIL Social Studies team, along with many other duties which I performed. I'm certified in 4-8 Social Studies/ELA/Reading/ESL and 8-12 Speech Certified. I have recently completed graduate school and now have my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. 
 
When I'm not working I enjoy spending precious time with my family. We are a busy family of 5. My husband and I enjoy riding horses and hanging out with our 2 beautiful little girls, Heidi is 8 years old and  Summer just turned 7, and our new little guy Riggin who is now 4. You may see them around school as we are all Lyon Cubs!
