This is my fifteenth year as an Instructional Technology Specialist for Rockwall ISD. I have also taught kindergarten, second grade, third grade, fourth grade, seventh grade, and gifted and talented classes. My goal is to build teacher capacity with the use of technology as an instructional tool that will enhance student learning and engagement by supporting the effective use of technology in teaching and learning. I provide coaching, modeling, and professional development for administrators, teachers, and other staff in the use of software applications, hardware, internet resources, system policies and practices, technology integration strategies, and initiatives. Creating educational resources for teachers and students, and working with teachers to develop and implement technology-infused lessons is what I enjoy doing most.
