Frank Conselman

Biography 

Board Vice-President and Place 2 Trustee

Frank Conselman was elected to the Rockwall Independent School District Board of Trustees in May of 2021. Frank Conselman, has been a proud Rockwall resident for 19 years. The exceptional reputation of the school system is what drew him to this community. Frank and his wife, Dr Nicole Conselman have four children. Frank is a local business owner. Frank is a member and former president of the Rockwall Noon Rotary Club and former president of the Rockwall County YMCA Board. Frank was a YMCA youth sports coach for 17 years. Frank was also awarded the Carnegie Hero Medal in 2018 for saving two men from drowning in Pensacola Beach, Florida.
