How do I know my Pre-K tuition registration was received?
As soon as you complete the Pre-K tuition registration, you will receive an email letting you know your submission was successful.
How do I know if I secured a spot or I'm on the waitlist?
At the end of the registration process, the system will allow you to submit your registration, and you will receive a confirmation that your registration was successful. If the campus you chose is full, the system will alert you that you will be put on the waitlist.
If the systems alerts me that I will be put on the waitlist, can I change the campus on my registration to a campus that has open spots?
Yes, however, you must change the campus under student information at the beginning of the registration and on the enrollment information. This must be complete before the registration is submitted.
If I am on the waitlist, can I complete a registration for another campus?
No, the system will not allow for additional registrations.
What if I already submitted my application and got put on the waitlist, how do I cancel my application then?
Please contact the Rockwall ISD Parent Center at 972-772-2073 for support.
If I'm put on the waitlist do I get charged the $155 registration fee?
No, you do not get charged until your application is approved if a spot opens up.
