The schematic design was presented to the Board of Trustees at the October 18, 2022 regular board meeting.

On May 16, 2022, the District’s Leadership team presented the Board of Trustees a recommendation to approve the site selection for the construction of the future Rockwall ISD Middle School #4.

The Board of Trustees approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Middle School #4 at the regular meeting held on August 21, 2023.
