Foreign Exchange Information

Foreign Exchange Information: Organizations wishing to place foreign exchange students must follow all laws governing foreign exchange students and all procedures for foreign exchange students for Rockwall Independent School District. Please carefully review all information regarding the placement of a foreign exchange student in the Rockwall Independent School District. 

We have closed accepting applications to place students for the 2025-2026 SY. Submissions were accepted during the window of February 1 through April 1, 2025; applications received after April 1, 2025 were placed on a waiting list in the order received. The last day to submit an application is, June 28, 2025.

No applications received after June 28, 2025 will be accepted or reviewed for placement on a waiting list.
