- Review the requirements of each of the scholarships below for which you want to apply. Various scholarships will require you to upload additional qualifying documents or essays.
- Apply and upload your completed application and any required qualifying documents to each of the scholarships for which you would like to apply.

Aggie Moms

Requirements:
- Must be a permanent Rockwall County resident
- Must have been accepted to and planning on attending Texas A&M - College Station
- Must list A&M as first choice and will be attending summer or fall of 2025

Alliance Bank
$$: $2000 stackable scholarships, up to $8000
Requirements:
- Plan to enroll full time at a 2 or 4 year college, university, or vocational/technical school
- Academic record, potential to succeed, leadership and participation in school and community, honors, work experience, a statement of educational and career goals.

American Legion Terry Fisher Post 117 Individual Scholarship

- Child of an active duty, retired, or honorably discharged veteran of the Armed Forces of the United States, National Guard, or Reserves Forces

- Number of scholarships awarded varies
- Student must have an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD) with recent acceptable documentation by a medical professional of diagnosis submitted with application to be considered. IDD disabilities can include: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Language and Speech Disorders, Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, ADD, Muscular Dystrophy and Intellectual Disabilities.
- Must plan to attend an accredited two or four-year college, university or a vocational/technical school or training program
- Extra-curricular – students involved with band, robotics, 4H and agriculture will be given special consideration
- Community and/or volunteer involvement and employment considered

Council of PTA's Scholarship

Requirements:
- RHHS, RHS or Quest Student
- Must have attended Rockwall ISD junior and senior years
- Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Must plan to be enrolled full-time at an accredited college, university or technical institute
- Must have completed and show documented proof of 75 or more volunteer community service hours. (Hours do not include meeting hours for club organizations)
- Hours will be counted from the first day following the close of sophomore year to March of senior year
- Work experience considered
- Applicant or parent must be a member of any local Rockwall ISD PTA. Copy of (student/parent) PTA membership card must be attached to application

Cullins Lake Pointe PTA

Requirements:

- Must have been a CLP student for at least 4 full years
- Must plant to attend a 4 year, 2 year or technical school

Farmers Electric Co-op
$$: $1000 (30 applications available)
Requirements:
- RHHS or RHS Student
- Applicant’s primary residence must be powered by Farmers EC.
- For Farmers EC membership verification, applicant must submit a copy of most recent Farmers EC bill.
- Applicant must be a graduating high school senior with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
- Dependents of Farmers EC Board of Directors and employees are eligible to apply.
- Student must use the scholarship within four semesters, beginning with the fall semester of the calendar year in which the scholarship is awarded.
- The funds are sent directly to the institution for payment of tuition and fees required for enrollment, books or equipment required for coursework.

Requirements:
- Must be a graduating Senior of Rockwall Heath High School Mighty Hawk Band Program
- Must be pursuing a certification or college degree at an accredited college, technical program or university (not necessarily related to music)
- Must have been admitted to a fully accredited school for enrollment at the time of application
- Must have been active in the MHB program as a junior/senior
- Must be in good standing with the MHB Program. In good standing is defined as
1. All activity fees paid in full
2. No significant disciplinary issues
3. Good attendance record at UIL and TMEA events

Rockwall Art League: Tom Collins Fine Art Memorial Scholarship
$$: $1000
Requirements:
- RHS or RHHS Student
- Planning a career in Studio/Fine Art: Drawing, Painting, Mixed Media, Sculpture or an art field related field requiring higher education. (Must be majoring or monitoring in Studio/Fine Art or an art related field in college.)
- Submit a copy of your completed RISD Scholarship Application, if applicable and a portfolio containing a minimum of six-eight recent examples of your artwork. Please note that these examples are the only visual criteria used by the evaluation committee and should be well-photographed and of good quality. Guidelines for submitting a complete portfolio are as follows:
- Portfolio examples may not include digitally created or enhanced artwork, digitally manipulated photography, or animated art. Minor adjustments to exposure or brightness, contrast and sharpness are permitted in photographed artwork.
- Please include a list describing each example including size, medium, and whether the example was a class project or independent work.
- Send copy of application, a list of art classes taken in high school or privately, with a brief description of each, and complete portfolio via google drive folder to: rockwallartleague2011@gmail.com and insert "Tom Collins Scholarship Application" in the subject bar. Deadline for the submission is March 16, 2025.
Incomplete scholarship submissions will not be considered. If google drive folder is not available please email images of these items instead. Be mindful of the size of the images.
