Technology Resources For Staff
All Rockwall ISD teachers and administrators are issued a laptop at New Employee Orientation. Paraprofessionals are issued a Chromebook. Staff members agree to the following criteria in the Device Checkout Agreement when receiving their device.

RISD Staff can get technology support by submitting a ticket or calling the Help Desk. The Help Desk for RISD includes a Help Desk Manager, Nelson Montero, and a Help Desk Specialist, Trevor Martinez. You can reach the Help Desk by calling 469-698-7222. |
