I am excited to begin my 19th year teaching, and my 14th year at Reinhardt Elementary! Reinhardt is the best place to be, and I love the families that I get to work with! Before coming to Rockwall, I taught music in Ralls ISD and Lubbock ISD. I attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where I earned my Bachelor of Music degree and played saxophone in the Goin' Band from Raiderland. Wreck 'em Tech! I earned my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at Texas A&M University - Commerce in 2014.

My husband and I have a 15-year-old son, Jackson, who is a sophomore at Rockwall High School (and a proud graduate of Reinhardt), and we have 5-year-old twin boys, Harrison and Owen, who are in Kindergarten at Reinhardt. In my spare time, I enjoy cheering on my Red Raiders, crafting, swimming, listening to and making great music, and spending time with my family. I look forward to singing, saying, dancing, and playing in a tuneful, beatful, artful way with the talented students at Reinhardt this year.
