Dear Parents,

I would like to welcome you and your child to my classroom!  I am very excited about the new school year and look forward to getting to know all of you.  My name is Nicole Crowell and I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in 1998 with my degree in Elementary Education and a specialization in Reading.  I went on to complete my Master’s in Education in 2006.  I also completed my SpEd certification, gifted and talented certification, and ESL certification.   I have taught for 19 years (eighteen of those at Pullen) and love every minute of what I do.  I am very fortunate to have some very special people in my life-my husband Mike, son Clayton (17), daughter Taylor (14), and daughter Bella (8).  We love being in the Rockwall community and raising our children here. My time away from school is filled with preparing my senior for graduation, watching Taylor cheer for RHHS, and watching both girls compete with Cheer Athletics!

My philosophy in teaching is that all children can and will learn in a nurturing, engaging, and inviting classroom.  I feel this can be accomplished by working hand in hand with the student, parent and teacher.  With open communication and dedication we will succeed together.
