My name is Allison Johnson, and I am so excited to be a Cullins-Lake Pointe Elementary Cowboy this year! I am originally from the Metroplex and am very excited about being back in Rockwall ISD.

This will be my tenth-year teaching on the elementary level. I spent 6 years teaching 4th grade at Springer Elementary, 2 years teaching 5th grade in Denton ISD, and 2 years teaching 2nd grade in Waco’s Midway ISD. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Troy University, and I am currently working towards my Masters in Library Science from the University of North Texas.

I have a true passion for working with young learners!! Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor—is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.

Personally, I have been married for fifteen amazing years and have two fantastic children who are 20 and 6 years old -- one of which, will attend Cullins-Lake Pointe! As a family, we love to watch our kids play sports, we enjoy attending athletic events, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy reading, cooking, music, taking vacations to new and exciting locations, and spending time with friends and family.
