Hi! My name is Jana Pope, and I am one of the kindergarten teachers at Garcia Elementary this year! 

This will be my 7th year teaching kindergarten and my 14th year teaching overall. I have taught kinder, 1st, and 2nd grades.

I grew up in Plano and moved to the Fate area when I got married. My husband and I have 2 children (Wyatt and Tayleigh), 2 dogs (Dixie and Czar), and several chickens! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, traveling to the beach, and watching movies. 

I am looking forward to a fabulous school year at Garcia!
