Hello! My name is Neil Piper. This will be my first year at Rockwall Heath. I will be teaching Economics, AP Economics, and Government. I will also be the girls JV Soccer coach. For the past 25 years, I have been the head women's soccer coach at Texas A&M University - Commerce. I also taught for 10 years in the Health and Human Performance Department.
