Welcome to Class!
Degrees and Certifications:
I am excited about this school year and the opportunity to teach your student. My personal goal is to ensure that every student achieves a strong mastery of the course content, and is well prepared for post-secondary coursework and success in a global economy. I am a mechanical engineer and a graduate of Texas A&M University. I have worked in both the aerospace and computer industries, and am eager to share my engineering experience and knowledge with your student as it relates to math. I hope to not only help your student understand, value and enjoy math, but to also ignite a spark of curiosity and passion for mathematics and innovative engineering-related careers. I teach to share the gifts which God has given me, and to help students discover their unique gifts and talents. When I am not teaching, I enjoy flying with my husband who is a pilot, gardening, and a good book with my cat. I sponsor the GATHER Club, a Christian fellowship club for girls at RHS.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. Your student's success is important to me, and I want to THANK YOU in advance for your support and help. I am looking forward to an extraordinary year!
