• $4,332 Per Year, Per Employee

• 3.0% Raise from mid-point for all non-teaching employees.
• Average Raise from current salary for Teachers, Nurses and Library Media Specialists returning for the 2025-2026 school year. ($1,770 to $2,050)

$25.92 an hour for New Bus Drivers and $26.02 for returning first-year Bus Drivers.

The starting teacher salary is $1,500 higher than the previous year at $60,500.

The starting teacher salary is $3,000 higher than the previous year at $63,500.

- $1,500 for Master's Degree
- $1,000 for Doctorate Degree

 - $4,500 annual stipend for bilingual teachers who are fully certified or enrolled in an approved alternative certification program and teaching in a bilingual classroom.

 - $5,000 ACE (includes Adult Transition and ECSE)/BASE Special Education
   Teacher. 
 - $4,000 for Speech Language Pathologists, Diagnosticians, and School
    Psychologists.
 - $2,500 for Speech Language Pathologist Assistants.

- For critical need areas - ACE, BASE, ECSE, Diagnosticians, SLPs, LSSPs (NEW offering), $5,000.
