Student Council officers participated in a leadership workshop sponsored by the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). During the workshop, students were able to define the characteristics of a leader and develop ideas on how to start a movement within the school and community. Council members created a song about leadership and practiced making everyone feel included. Husky leaders did an outstanding job representing Celia Hays Elementary!
