The Rockwall-Heath High School Class of 2025 took the spotlight on May 28, 2025, at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, as family, friends, teachers, and staff came together to celebrate this academic milestone.
The commencement not only honored the achievements of the 663 graduates who earned their high school diploma, but also the spirit of perseverance that defined their journey.
This year’s class achieved a remarkable 100% graduation rate, reflecting both student dedication and the strong foundation built by the Hawk administration, teachers, and support staff. Collectively, the graduating seniors earned over $8 million in college scholarships, opening doors to colleges, universities, and trade schools across the country.
Among the graduates, several students were recognized for their decision to serve in the United States Armed Forces. Their commitment to serve our country was met with gratitude as they received a roaring applause from those in attendance.
Superintendent Dr. John Villarreal commended the Class of 2025 for their achievements and offered
encouragement as they step into their next chapter.
“You are winners. Winners persevere through challenges and choose excellence, even when it’s not easy,” he said. “Stay strong, stay positive, and win for yourself and for others.”
The evening was filled with joyful embraces, inspiring speeches, and proud smiles from every corner of the auditorium. For the students of Rockwall-Heath High School, it was more than a ceremony—it was the beginning of the next big adventure.
With hearts full and futures bright, the Class of 2025 leaves behind a legacy of resilience, unity, and Hawk pride.
