Rockwall-Heath High School’s premier a cappella group, Infiniti, took center stage at the International Championship of High School A Cappella (ICHSA) finals this weekend, earning an impressive third place overall and taking home the Outstanding Choreography Award.
Held in New York City, the ICHSA finals featured the top nine high school a cappella groups from across the country, all of whom earned their place through a series of highly competitive regional rounds. Infiniti dazzled the judges and audience alike with their powerful vocals, innovative arrangements, and polished choreography, ultimately securing them a spot in the top three.
Also representing Rockwall ISD was Walk the Line from Rockwall High School. Although the group did not place in the top three, their performance was praised for its emotional resonance and musicality.
The ICHSA finals serve as the pinnacle of high school a cappella competition. With this year’s strong showing, Rockwall ISD’s growing reputation in the national a cappella scene has only been further cemented.
