Principles of Law at Rock Nine

Students in Principles of Law explored the real-world effects of impaired driving through a hands-on lesson in field sobriety testing. Using impairment simulation goggles that represented various levels of intoxication, students attempted to complete basic tasks and standardized field sobriety tests. The activity gave students a firsthand look at how alcohol affects balance, coordination, reaction time, and decision-making while reinforcing the importance of making safe and responsible choices.
