Rock Nine TAFE Students Advance to State

Some Rock Nine Principles of Education students recently participated in the Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) Area Competition as part of the Rockwall ISD chapter. Students meet monthly after school and complete their projects through their Education classes with Mrs. Kelley Cavin, selecting from nearly 30 available competitive categories. Eight students advanced to the State Competition, scheduled for February 24–26. Each participant prepared and delivered a project-based speech to a panel of judges, and those advancing will use the judges’ feedback to refine and strengthen their presentations before state. Congratulations to all who competed!
