Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at the Dr. Gene Burton College and Career Academy!

I am Mrs. Farrer and this school year, I will be teaching Floral Design, Advanced Floral Design, and the Floral Design Practicum class. I will also be serving as one of the five ag science teachers/advisors for Rockwall FFA.  This is my sixth year teaching for Rockwall ISD, and my 12th year of teaching overall. I received my bachelor's degree in Agricultural Services and Development with Teacher Certification from Tarleton State University in May 2012 and I am very proud to be a TSU alumni. Heyyyyy Oscar P!
