Welcome to the FABULOUS 1st Grade!!!  I will be your child's 1st grade teacher! I'm so excited to get to know and work with each of them.  This is my 2nd year in the great ROCKWALL ISD.  

I went to Texas Tech University and graduated in 2004.  RAIDER POWER!!! I graduated with a Communications degree and a minor in Spanish.  I furthered my education and got my teaching certificate to teach EC-8th grade.  

This year will my 19th year teaching, including 7th grade Science, 5th grade Science, 3rd grade, 2nd grade, and 1st grade.  I'm also certified to teach ESL and GT students. Teaching is a true passion of mine and I love spending my time with my students.  It is a very rewarding job to teach kids the foundation of their learning.  

When I am not teaching- you will find me at the dance studio, soccer field, or the sidelines of football fields for cheer with my two girls (they both attend Springer Elementary).  I love to snow ski, scuba dive, or crafting!  

I am looking forward to a fun and adventurous year!
