UMS Band Members receive Division1 Ratings

Over the weekend, Utley band members competed in Ensemble Contest, where they performed in small chamber groups for a judge.  We had a successful contest, with 12 out of 19 groups earning a Division 1 rating! Additionally, there were 4 groups who did well enough to earn a Distinction award in addition to their Division 1 rating.
